Hello!I am looking for a good recipe. But more importantly.... It's been such a tough week. Not that anyone does read this...but if you stumble upon this...help in any way you can. The Red Cross and Salvation Army can use your money. The airlines can take your frequent flier miles. Cd Baby and New West Records are helping out. The Manilow Fund will match your donation. And pray too. Pray.

It's a warm, sunny day...a slow morning. Lots of time to snuggle with Charlie. Now I am leaving for church. I'll try to write more later!

So...it's now almost September...the whole summer has passed by... it's been a heck of a summer. I moved; strained my knee, went on vacation, unpacked, stood up in a wedding, caught my runaway cat, paid bills what were way too high, dealt with $2.80 a gallon gas, and worked the whole time. I'll have to fill in the story sometime. Here are some great line from "Superman", the theme song from Scrubs: "You've crossed the finish line Won the race but lost your mind. Was it worth it after all? I need you here with me, cause love is all we need. Just take a hold of the hand that breaks the fall. I know what I've been told Gotta break free to break the mold. But I can't do this all on my own... I'm no Superman."

Well, needless to say, it's been a long time since I've posted. Somehow February has given way to March and April...and now it's the beginning on May. I forgot about this little space on the World Wide Web....So I will spend more time posting here soon!

Well...it's Monday... I can't say that I feel very well today...I'm kind of light-headed. I hope this headache goes away with the rice cake and peanut butter I am eating. Maybe I just need some protein.

Well, Mr. Puxtaweney Phil has seen has shadow...that means six more weeks of winter. I can't really complain. It's 45 degrees and has been sunny for more than a week. I think that's pretty awesome for this time of year. Nothing big has been happening. I've really had to concentrate at work... so I haven't been online much. Well....I just wanted to post. Wow, it has been a long time until I posted…I don’t get online much at home. My weekend was one of ups and downs. It was kind of boring…being stuck inside with the snow. That’s not always fun when you live alone. I did talk to my friend Amanda. That was greaet! Friday, I stopped by the grocery store to get some provisions. I wanted to buy lots of junk…but I didn’t. That was nice. I did get a super-small thin-crust pizza. That wasn’t that good…but I could have done worse. I didn’t start snowing until after I went to sleep. Saturday, I awoke to a snowy wonderland. There was a ton of snow…and it still was snowing. I decided to clean off my desk. What a mess…all the junk I own had come to settle there, it felt like. I also bought a bridesmaid dress over the phone. That was humiliating. I was supposed to go in person for the dress fitting — 2.5 hours away — so I had to stay home. So, I picked out a top on the internet. Here is the top. It's pretty, but that's a lot of skin to expose

You know...it's nice to a forum to just type whatever I want...It makes us all important, right? Charlie was so snuggly last night. I curled up in bed and had a pillow on my lap reading a magazine. Of course, he had to sit on. I’ve never seen him so sweet. He curled up around my arm and let me pet his belly. That never happens. I bet he stayed for an hour before I kicked him off so I could move. Wow! And my DirecTV is set up! Yipee. We're supposed to get 10 inches of snow by morning, so I am staying home and watching TV tomorrow! :)

Here are some pictures of my sweet little kitty, Charlie: He wasn't too happy to see Santa or wear the headband. I think he was cute...and was well-behaved at Petsmart. This is a picture from a year ago or maybe two? It was taken the day the Columbia Shuttle blew up...I think that was two years ago already.

I knew reality had returned when I was passed in the RIGHT lane when I was driving over 80. Joy. Back to work. That means I am back to my computer and all my presets...I'm back to posting. Not that I have much to say. I can hardly remember how to type (or think for that matter)... Back to work!
