It's Tuesday

...and I'm worn out. Tuesdays are harder than Mondays for some reason. They just always are. It's been a really slow day, but I have finished a lot. I did a lot of work on our CD collection and have finished up two itineraries. Exciting.

I don't have too much to say. Have I posted pictures lately? I should post another one!

It's Mr. Murphy!



He does the cutest thing, which would be annoying if I lived with him. He likes to be escorted up the stairs. He will get a person and demand that they go upstairs with them. He stops along the way...just purring and asking for attention. At the top, he gets a little bit of food put in his dish. He's only allowed a cup of diet food a day...though it looks like he eats way more!

Since I read a lot, I thought it would be cool to keep a record of what I'm reading. I just finished Kitchen Confidential from Anthony Bourdain. How can something so foul be so tender and so sweet? Of course his world is fill with filth and degradation; but this book was written by a tender soul, someone who is passionate about his vocation and the people in his world. Balance

Yesterday, I began this message, and all I typed was a "p".  I am wondering what I was thinking. Since I'm not sure, I will start over again.  It saddens me that I've only written a handful of posts this year. What have I been doing? Working and writing of course. I've said I was busy before, but I had no idea what that meant. I haven't been this busy since college. But those silly credit cards are almost paid off. Really...I've paid off 80 percent of the balance. That's a lot of money. And a lot of work behind it.  Anyway... balance is the key word.
